How usage and limits work

Each plan has a monthly send cap and a contact cap. Usage meters on the Billing screen update within about a minute of a send.

At 80% of your send cap you get an in-app and email warning. At 100% sending stops with a one-click upgrade. You will never get a surprise overage invoice, because there is no overage billing; there is a clear ceiling and a clear upgrade.

Contact cap works the same way: imports that would exceed it are blocked with an upgrade prompt.
