Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel

Upgrades take effect immediately and the new caps apply at once. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep what you already paid for.
Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your account readable until the period ends, so you can export contacts and reports. Nothing is deleted the moment you cancel.
Invoices and payment method live in the Stripe customer portal, linked from the Billing screen.
