What it does
The send actually has to work. Everything else is in service of that.
Three things most bulk email tools get wrong, set up correctly by default.
Deliverability that is actually set up
Add a sending domain and Mule Mail writes the exact SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for you. It verifies them before the first send, then re-checks every 24 hours and pauses sending if one breaks.
A dashboard an owner reads in 60 seconds
Subscribers, sends this month, open rate, click rate. The numbers are tabular and large. No 14-tab analytics suite to learn first.
Automations without the flowchart degree
Welcome and re-engagement sequences ship as linear drips you can read top to bottom. Branching is there when you grow into it.
Send in 60 seconds
From a CSV to a tracked inbox in three moves.
Verify a sending domain
Paste the DNS records Mule Mail generates. Click verify. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC pass before you send anything.
Import your list
Upload a CSV, map the columns, validate the emails. Bounced and complained addresses are suppressed for you.
Write it and send it
Pick a template or paste your HTML, preview desktop and mobile, schedule or send. Opens and clicks land on the dashboard within 30 seconds.
The part that matters
Cut a corner here and the product is broken.
So we did not. The send pipeline checks the suppression list, signs with your domain, injects the unsubscribe header, and retries with backoff. Every time.
How the pipeline worksSPF · DKIM · DMARC
Checked before the first send, re-checked every 24h.
Suppression list
Every send is filtered against it. No exceptions in the pipeline.
One-click unsubscribe
RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe, honoured instantly, no login.
Your sending domain
Mail is signed as you, not as a shared blastforge.com pool.

Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Mailchimp prices on total contacts and hides deliverability behind its own shared infrastructure. Mule Mail prices on a clear contact and send cap, signs mail from your own verified domain, and shows you the DNS it needs in copy-paste form. It does less, and the part it does is sending.
The workflow is the same shape: lists, a campaign, a send, a report. The interface is the part that changed. It is monochrome, fast, and readable at 375px on a phone in a truck.
A hard bounce is added to your suppression list automatically and the address is excluded from every future send across the workspace. Soft bounces retry up to three times, then are treated as hard.
Yes, and that is on purpose. Mail signed from your own verified domain reaches the inbox more reliably than mail from a shared pool. Mule Mail generates the exact records and verifies them with you.
Yes. Start on any plan, send real email, cancel before the period ends if it is not for you. No card gymnastics.
Send your blast. See who opened it. Send the next one.
