Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Mule Digital for use of Mule Mail.
Last updated May 17, 2026
This document is operator-provided content for the Mule Mail product and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
1. The agreement
Mule Mail is a bulk email service operated by Mule Digital ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. One organisation owns its data; you may belong to several. Roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer) limit what each member can do.
3. Acceptable use
You may only email people who have a genuine relationship with you or have asked to hear from you. Purchased, scraped, or rented lists are prohibited. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy and are part of these terms.
4. Sending and your domain
You must verify a sending domain before sending. You authorise us to send on behalf of that domain using the DNS records you publish. We may pause sending that endangers shared or your own reputation, including when bounce or complaint rates exceed the limits in the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Plans, fees, and limits
Plans have a monthly send cap and contact cap shown on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance through our payment processor. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the next period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to your contacts, templates, and campaigns. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and deliver them as the service. We do not sell your data and do not email your contacts for our own purposes.
7. Availability
We work to keep Mule Mail available and publish status at the system status page. The service is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period so you can export. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, particularly the sending rules, because one bad sender harms every other sender.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to organisation admins at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
