Create your workspace and invite your team

Every account starts with one organisation. That organisation owns your contacts, sending domains, campaigns, and billing. Nothing is stored against your personal user.

Roles

  • Owner can do anything, including delete the organisation. There is exactly one.
  • Admin manages billing, domains, and team.
  • Editor builds and sends campaigns but cannot touch billing.
  • Viewer reads reports.

Inviting people

Go to Team, enter an email, pick a role. The invite is a one-click link that expires in seven days. If you run client work, create one organisation per client and switch with the account switcher in the top bar.
