How Wait nodes and timing work

Updated April 20, 2026

A Wait node holds a contact for a fixed duration (two days) or until a condition. Timing is evaluated against your organisation's timezone, not the contact's.

If you set a send window (only send 8am to 6pm), a contact who reaches a send node at 2am waits until 8am. This keeps automated mail from arriving at hours that get it marked as spam.

Branching is in beta. Linear sequences are stable and cover welcome and re-engagement, which is most of what you need.
